Planning and Design
With Full Service Planning, the couple will be able to relax while we take over and provide professional guidance with the whole planning process. We will handle every little detail up to and including supervising all vendor meetings, navigating important aspects of your wedding, etiquette advisement, along with requesting assistance in selecting vendors, site visits and tastings. As much as you need us, we are there for you. Simply give us your budget, priorities and wish list(s) will meet with you to familiarize ourselves with your vision and we’ll design the most stunning wedding uniquely to you. This package includes Day Management, Design & Styling, researching for the venue, reviewing contracts, budgets, payment trackers and customizing your vendor list to fit your aesthetic. We will work hand-in-hand to manage and organize every detail to ensure that you enjoy the months leading up to your big day.

Aesthetic Design & Styling Package
Leave the designing and styling to The Blushing Details Design Team! We will assist you in brainstorming ideas, colors, decor, menu, centerpiece, party favors all the way down to the furniture and props rental. We will work with you to provide settings that are custom-tailored to your event theme and/or personality. We will provide a preferred vendor list that fit your aesthetic. We will create a customized inspiration board to showcase your ideas to your vendors.

Management & Coordination
The Blushing Details realizes that the wedding day is your big day. Some couples, however, wish to plan their own special day but would like to hire a professional to manage the final details to ensure their vision is executed smoothly. You decide what themes and vendors to use, and you design your dream wedding. Your coordinator(s) will step in a few weeks before your wedding to finalize all plans, payments, schedules, deliverables and whatever else is needed to make sure your wedding plans are complete and ready to go. We will run your rehearsal and be on-site the day of your wedding to oversee all of the logistics and ensure that your vendor team is in place and functioning as planned.

The Blushing Details is destination planner and Designer. We specializes in organizing, Planning, Designing, and Managing our couple weddings held in a location outside of the couple's hometown or country. We will be responsible for handling all aspects of the wedding, from venue selection to vendor coordination, travel arrangements, legal requirements, timeline and schedule management, budget management, on-site coordination, and cultural considerations. Our main goal is to ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly and meets the couple's expectations, while minimizing stress and maximizing enjoyment for the couple and their guests. Our Overall Goal as a destination wedding planner is to make the planning process easier and more enjoyable for the couple while ensuring that their wedding day is a success.

Social Event Planning & Management
We design, manage, and execute social events and celebrations that are extra special to you and that your guests will be talking about long after it’s over.
